GENERAL CONDITIONS
By using this site, inquiring about animals/products/services, and/or making purchases, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
By using this site, inquiring about animals/products/service, and/or making purchases, you are agreeing that you are at least 18 years old.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
ADOPTIONS/PRODUCTS/SERVICES
All purchasers must be 18 years old or older, by placing an order or inquiring about an animal(s), you agree that you are 18 years old or older. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information regarding the following information: name, contact information, billing information, address, housing information, species knowledge, and any and all other questions asked by us including those on applications.
All purchases are made via contact through messaging, email, and/or phone call. If we do not respond immediately, please be patient with us, as your questions, inquiries, and business are very important to us, and we will reply as soon as we can. In order to streamline your purchase, please include your name, contact information, the ID of the animal(s) you are interested in, and the city and state you live in (to help determine shipping costs and possible need for heat/cold packs if necessary).
In order to make a purchase of an animal(s), a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold the animal(s) for up to 30 days unless another agreement is made. The deposit will be put towards the final amount of your purchase. Payment must be made in full to us before you will receive your product/animal(s).
A completed and approved Sugar Glider Adoption Application is required to adopt a Jungle Jumpers Sugar Glider. Sugar gliders are social animals, and as such must be housed in at least pairs. We reserve the right to inquire about your housing arrangements, other people and animals living with you, etc. at our sole discretion to ensure the safety and well being of our animals before an application will be approved.
Proof of proper species knowledge, setup, and/or housing arrangement may be required before purchase to ensure our animals go to those who are able to provide proper care for them. This may include, but is not limited to, proof of landlord, rental agency, or any other property owner's written agreement regarding the allowance of animal(s) in/on the property where the animal(s) will reside. This however does not mean that you have to be an expert on the species you are interested in. We reserve the right to answer your questions regarding our products/services at our sole discretion.
A refund (minus the deposit and any applicable shipping costs) or exchange will only be made at our discretion and when an animal is found to be dead on arrival (DOA). Proof of death must be provided within one hour of arrival via a video of the animal where the animal is laid out and and can be sufficiently inspected. Additional videos, photos, and/or phone calls may be necessary if we are not able to verify death from the initial video we receive from you. The live animal guarantee is void if the animal is not picked up at the airport or hub within one hour of arrival, heat/cold packs are not added when necessary, and/or we do not receive a dead on arrival (DOA) notice within one hour of arrival.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. Our animals are handled regularly, however we do not guarantee the handleability nor the temperament of our animals. We reserve the right to offer discounts, replacements, or any other means of mistake rectification at our sole discretion. However, we do not guarantee that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors as well as those who we believe to have falsified information and/or not taken the adoption application(s) seriously.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
